Chris Males – Managing Director, Exercise Physiologist
With experience in professional sport as an athlete, coach and trainer, Chris is passionate about people, and companies,
reaching their full potential. As the founder of Pro-Fit Corporate Health Chris regularly presents for organisations in both the private and public sector. As a speaker he is renowned for his ability to relate the latest scientific research into ‘easy-to-understand’ principles. Chris is the perfect choice if you are looking for an informative, candid and inspiring presenter for your next convention or in-house training program. As an Exercise Physiologist, Chris was also the Athletic Performance Coordinator for the ACT Comets and is the personal coach to many high profile businessmen and politicians. Chris has also founded two other companies, ‘The Wellness Revolution 90 Day Program’, and the ‘Energy for Resilience’ 1 Day training program. Chris was also the first to bring popular outdoor Boot Camps to Canberra.
Rose Males – Pro-Fit Health Club Manager, Nutritionist
A Qualified Nutritionist as well as a passionate Personal Trainer and Group Exercise Instructor, Rose brings with her awealth of knowledge regarding weight loss, healthy eating and appropriate exercise for many different groups. Rose was the chief trainer of Pro-Fit’s subsidiary company ‘FitMums’, and enjoys seeing both men and women regain their fitness and health through positive lifestyle habits rather than quick fixes, dangerous diets and medications. Rose is also a Certified Level 2 Wellness Coach and uses these skills within our Corporate Health Services.
Rhonda Wheen – Rehabilitation Manager, Accredited Exercise Physiologist
As the manager for all Pro-Fit Corporate Health’s Rehabilitation services, Rhonda is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist with a passion for seeing her clients return to peak health through functional exercise prescription and program design. Rhonda also specialises in delivery of our Power45 on-site fitness classes, our VVCS fitness class, and Lift For Life Resistance training program.
Gayelene Clews – Performance Psychologist, Presenter
As the 2000 Australian Olympic team and 1999 Wallaby World Cup winning team psychologist, Gayelene is a sought after expert in team dynamics and leadership. Gayelene offers exceptional experience in developing and optimising team potential and corporate well-being. Gayelene believes “Success in any team, is dependent on the organization’s ability to harness the expertise of its members. People are our greatest asset, unless we recognise this, hidden agendas, undermining and intimidation can sabotage team performance. Effective leadership and team dynamics is dependent on being able to build a team of players, rather than manage a group of individuals.”
