All tests below take 10 minutes and can be performed on-site at your office.

1 :: Heart Health Assessment
- Blood Cholesterol
- Blood Glucose
- Blood Pressure
- Resting Heart Rate
- Waist Measurement

3 :: Goal Setting
Take your results to a qualified Health Coach to work out what realistic and specific steps you can take towards improving key areas. This session will leave you with a clear and tailored plan to address your most pertinent health concerns.

4 :: Nutritional Consult
Diet & Nutrition is an integral component that needs to be addressed, in particular taking into account our busy working lifestyles. Our Nutritionist will meet with your staff and analyse their dietary habits, and provide practical advice designed to fit into your busy lifestyle with minimal fuss.

5 :: Seated Massage
Seated massages have been a great success in the corporate workplace where statistics show increased productivity and improved morale, decreased work cover claims and diminished sick leave after implementing the massage program. A great way to wind down after completing the testing stalls, the seated massage stall will leave your staff feeling happy, relaxed and rewarded for taking part in the health week program.

6 :: Skin Cancer Check

Pro-Fit Corporate Health can arrange for a qualified nurse to conduct 10 minute Skin Cancer screenings on-site for your workforce. Especially designed for those staff that predominately work outdoors.

7 :: Spinal Checks
Our qualified Chiropractor assesses an individual's spinal health and advises on how it can be improved. Particularly beneficial for those who spend long hours at a computer or desk. A summary report is provided by the Chiropractor. No spinal manipulations are given at this point.
