Comprised of 8 group fitness sessions (2 per week for 4 weeks), BootCamp is held outdoors and incorporates cardiovascular training, boxing, circuits and overall muscle toning exercises. Our expert team of fitness trainers encourages, inspires and supports, whilst challenging you to achieve new levels of health and vitality. Pro-Fit BootCamps are the friendly fun BootCamps that still produce real results whilst catering for all ages and fitness levels.

- Belconnen Mornings - Monday & Wednesday 6.30-7.30am (meet at John Knight Memorial Car Park, Townsend Pl. off Aikman Drive, Lake Ginninderra)
- Fadden Mornings - Tuesday & Thursday 6.30-7.30am (meet at Fadden Pines Car Park, off Bugden Ave, Fadden)
- *Glebe Park Lunchtimes - Monday & Wednesday 1.00-1.45pm(meet at the corner of Glebe Park - cnr of Akuna St. and Binara St. City)
- Forrest Lunchtimes - Wednesday & Friday 12.30-1.15pm (meet at the bottom of Sydney Ave, between Real Hotel and Church)
- Burley Griffin Afternoons - Tuesday & Thursday 5.40-6.40pm(meet at the Flag Poles on Parkes Pl, Parkes, near the Waters Edge Restuarant)
- *Glebe Park Afternoons - Monday & Wednesday (meet at the corner of Glebe Park - cnr of Akuna St. and Binara St. City)
*NOTE: All 'Glebe Park' participants have the chance to Shower at Pro-Fit Health Club (located next to Glebe Park) after their workout.
COST: New Recruits - $110 for 8 sessions
Returnees - $99 for 8 sessions
