What is Boot Camp?
Pro-Fit Corporate Health’s Boot Camp is an outdoor health and fitness program designed to challenge all fitness levels and improve strength, cardiovascular endurance, muscular endurance, flexibility, speed and agility. You can also expect to experience noticeable fat loss, and increased muscle tone.
You will also achieve greater mental strength, self discipline, and self esteem. Working out in a group is also a fantastic way to meet new people.

How long is Boot Camp?
Each program runs for 4 weeks, and consists of 2, one hr sessions per week. There are 8 sessions in total.

How much does it cost?
$110.00 for 2 sessions ($99.00 for Returners)

Introduce a friend and YOU receive $20

Would you like to do more than 2 sessions per week?
$160.00 for 3 sessions ($147.00 for Returners) - Obviously you will have to do your three sessions per week over two locations, ie/ 2 days at Glebe Park and 1 day at Burley Griffin.


What types of exercises are included in Boot Camp?
Recruits will take part in activities such as walking/jogging, general military style exercises (star jumps, squats, crunches etc), team relays, boxing fitness, sprints and hill work. We also incorporate a lot of fun games for variety.
Who are our instructors?
All Pro-Fit Corporate Health Boot Camp instructors are qualified fitness professionals who have undergone specific training to lead the Boot Camp program.
How fit do I need to be to take part?
Our Boot Camp program is designed to challenge all fitness levels without leaving anyone behind. It doesn’t matter whether you are an elite athlete or someone who hasn’t trained for years, everyone can benefit from Boot Camp. Our fantastic staff will encourage you to do your best each and every session.
What will I need to take to Boot Camp?
You will need to wear comfortable workout gear that you don’t mind getting wet, and running shoes. You should also bring a water bottle.
